Article VII. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with article L. 121-20-4 of the code of consumption, the benefits of hosting services, transport, catering, leisure which must be provided on a date or at a specified frequency are not subject to the application of the right of withdrawal. Accordingly, the services reserved on our site 321chutelibre are subject to cancellation and amendment conditions laid down in these general conditions of sale.
Article VIII. Mode of delivery
The products purchased on the site are delivered in metropolitan France and overseas territories. Your order will be delivered to the address that you have specified when ordering.

Article IX. Insurance report / Exchange / cancellation:

Article XII. Insurance connected with the practice of a parachute jump:

Section 13.11 extension of 321chutelibre tickets
A ticket may be extended once for a period of 3 months, 6 months or 1 year. The extension date starts from the date of end of validity of the ticket. The extension is possible only if the 3 following points are met:
• Serenity (Article IX) insurance was contracted at the time of the purchase of the ticket.
• The ticket must have been bought off promotion or reduction.
• The deadline for the ticket has not expired.
Any request for extension must be made by recorded delivery letter with receipt of mail before the expiration of the ticket. Extension folder must have the 2 following elements to be taken into account
• Jump ticket
• The cheque for the amount of the extension to the order of 321chutelibre
The price of the extension is:
• 50 EUR incl. VAT per ticket for a period of 3 months.
• 70 euros TTC per ticket for a period of 6 months.
• 100 euros TTC per ticket for a period of 12 months.
The new date of validity of the ticket starts from the end of validity of the ticket. A ticket is extendable at least once. Extension tariff is a service separated from the purchase of the original ticket and can be changed at any time without notice.
Section 13.12 of the ticket property
The ticket is nominative show and any error should be reported by registered mail within 48 hours.
After this period the named beneficiary becomes the final owner of the ticket and our only interlocutor.
Section 13.13 ticket assignment

Article XIV. Obligations of the customer

Article XV. Non partial validity
If one or more stipulations of these general conditions of sale are held to be invalid or declared as such pursuant to a law, a regulation or following a final decision of a competent court, the other stipulations will keep all their force and scope.
Article XVI. Applicable law
Sales of the 321chutelibre company's products are subject to French law.
